We Pick-up
> After making the booking, our driver will arrive at a time and location of your choice. We will inspect your car and check for any faults and concerns you may have.
> A collection report will then be generated and sent on sms & email.
> If you have any concerns or enquiries, please contact customer support.
Please remove any valuable belongings as your car passes through multiple departments.
Car Arrival at Workshop:
> Service advisor assigned.
Technician Inspection:
> Car inspected by next available technician.
Health Check Report:
> Health check report sent via SMS & email.
Parts Procurement (if needed):
> Parts advisors search for high-quality, competitively priced parts.
> Quotation generated and sent via SMS & email.
Customer Approval:
> Approval required before work proceeds.
> No work carried out without customer consent.
Parts Ordering and Repair/Service Initiation:
>Upon approval, parts are ordered.

Post-Service Checks:
Car undergoes a quality check.
Road test is conducted.
